Our hours of telephone customer support is limited to Monday through Thursday from the hours of 1:00pm to 8:00pm.
My decision to cut-back on support hours is part of a general cost cutting. Calls between 1:00 & 8:00pm on Mon-Thu will usually be answered by me as I will be in the office at that time. All other calls will be transferred to voice-mail & I will answer as soon as I can.
Call-backs at times outside the 1-8pm Mon-Thu will be made as quickly as I can get to the call. I may make these call-backs any day of the week between 1:00pm and 8:00pm.
